Who processes your data

The data controller is Quantum Liquid LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, publisher of panxis.com. For any question about your data, write to contact@panxis.com.

What we collect

We collect only what we need.

  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address, the date of sign-up and the language edition chosen. The sign-up is confirmed by a message you must validate.
  • Contact form: the information you send us in order to handle your request.
  • Audience measurement: aggregated traffic statistics, with no advertising profiling.

We sell no data and pass none to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long

Your email address is kept for as long as you remain subscribed, then deleted within three months of unsubscribing. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for three years from the last exchange.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link. To exercise your other rights, write to contact@panxis.com; we reply within a month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country or province of residence. In Canada this is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and Quebec residents may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Cookies

The site sets the technical cookies required for it to work, which do not require consent. Audience measurement cookies and any embedded third-party content are set only after your agreement, which you can withdraw at any time.

Processors

We use OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, for hosting, and Brevo for sending the newsletter. These providers use your data only to carry out our instructions.

Where your data is processed

The site and its database are hosted in France, on OVH servers. The publisher, Quantum Liquid LLC, is established in the United States: the people who administer the site may therefore access this data from the United States. That transfer is limited to running the site and the newsletter, and no data is passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
