Armidale Golf Club

Armidale Golf Club dates from 1899 and sits on Golf Links Road in the New England tablelands, at close to 1,000 metres above sea level. Armidale is the highest city in Australia, and the altitude is not a detail here.

The club is on Golf Links Road in Armidale, New South Wales, about five hours inland from both Sydney and Brisbane, with a regional airport in town.

The course plays all year. September to May gives the best conditions; winter mornings on the tablelands are cold enough to delay play. Tee times are booked in advance.
